If the reservation request is close to the end date, you can extend the reservation by creating an "Extend Reservation Request".

After sending an extended reservation request waiting for Sales info Approval.

Description:
After sending an extended reservation date request, if the request is approved, automation will change the estimated closing date. If the request is rejected, the closing date will remain unchanged.

Result:
In case the request is approved the estimated close date will be changed and if rejected closing date is still unchanged.
