Steps to add case attachment
1. To begin, navigate to the case page.
2. Locate and click on the Attachments tab.
3. Find and click the New Attachment button.
4. Enter a name for your attachment in the provided field.
5. Choose the file you want to upload as an attachment.
6. Click on the Upload button to submit the attachment.
7. Finally, to download your newly attached file, click on the filename.
