Introduction

In this guide, we will walk you through a series of steps to help you customize and share views in your application. By following these steps, you will be able to alter your view, add necessary columns, sort the data, save your customized view, and share it with your team members. Let's get started and learn how to optimize your view and collaborate effectively.

Steps to add & share custom view

1. Start by altering your view.

2. Now, add the necessary columns to your view.

3. For instance, select the Created By field.

4. Once done, close the selections.

5. Apply the changes made.

6. Now, let's sort your view by selecting any field.

7. You can arrange from old to new.

8. Alternatively, sort from new to old.

9. Next, save your customized view.

10. Save it as a new view.

11. Rename this new view to suit your preference.

12. After naming, save the changes.

13. You can share your view with team members by selecting Custom View.

14. Click on Manage and Share views.

15. Access the options menu.

16. Now, share your view.

17. You can add members to share your views with.

18. Select the member you wish to grant privileges to.

19. Confirm member selection by clicking on the check mark.

20. Finally, share your view with the selected member.

21. You can then close the dialog box.
