Introduction

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of assigning a case to yourself within the case management system. By following these steps, you will be able to navigate to the appropriate view, select a case of interest, and assign it to yourself. This allows you to take ownership of the case and manage it effectively. Let's get started!

Steps to assigning your team cases and your cases

1. Begin by navigating to the 'My Active Cases' view and selecting the dropdown.

2. From the dropdown menu, choose 'My Team's Active Cases View'.

3. Note that the 'Case Management Team' is the owner of this case.

4. Proceed to select the case you are interested in.

5. Look for the 'Assign' button and click on it.

6. Choose the 'Assign to Me' option to accept the case.

7. Go back to the 'My Team's Active Cases View'.

8. Switch the view to 'My Active Cases'.

9. Finally, you will notice that you are now the owner of the case.
