Steps to review the case history

1. Start by accessing the relevant case history.

2. Next, select the 'History & Timeline' tab.

3. Take note of the list of changes made to the case status.

4. Look for the individual case assignment history.

5. Utilize the available filter to narrow down your search parameters.

6. Locate all attachments associated with this case.

7. Finally, click on 'test attachment' to view it.
