Create Launch Campaign

In this section, we will describe how to create a (Launch Campaign) and set their configurations :

  1. Click on "Launch Campaigns" 
  2. Click on the "New" button 
  3. Enter information about the campaign 
  4. Click on the "Save"  button.

Notes:

  1. If you leave the "Related Project" field blank, all units blocked by sales will be included. If you select a specific project like "Badya", only units from that project will be included. You can add units from other projects later.
  2. Select "Pre-Launch" in the "Campaign Status" field to start the process. Set it as "Drafted" or "Approved" for review and finalization.
  3. The "Pre-Launch Activities Start Date" is when sales can start adding client wishlists for units. If the "Allow Wishlists before Pre-Activities Date" field is set to "Yes", sales can create wishlists before this date.
  4. The "Launch Date" is when the launch begins and no new wishlists can be made. If "Launch Automatically" is "Yes",  the "Campaign Status" updates to "Launched" by itself. If "No", you must update the status yourself.
  5. In the "EOI Fee" field, input the required payment amount that a client needs to make to guarantee the unit.
