User Registration Approval
This section describes the process after an owner initiates registration from the mobile app, whereby their data is subsequently added to the backend.
- Following registration, a workflow is triggered to associate the relevant unit with the owner and assign it accordingly.
- On the backend, a review of owner data and their associated units takes place.
- Upon completion of the review, the status can be updated to "Approved By PHD" by clicking on "Approve" button and can be deactivated and updated to "Rejected" by clicking on "Reject" button.

Mobile app verification works so that only users with related accounts on CRM can register

When the user gets registered it automatically gets connected with the CRM account and gets connected to its units in the "Related Units" tab

If any updates happen with the unit contracts like removing a unit or the user buying/rents a new unit, it will automatically update the "Related Units" tab in the user record and any related data to the user will be always up to date
- The approve/reject buttons will only appear when the status of the record is "Under Review"

If a member of PHD Team deactivates a user all related records like vehicle requests etc... will be also deactivated and if he/she activates it again it will activate all related records
